Portrait sessions have a totally different vibe from the high energy of a photographing a wedding, and I really enjoy both types of photography for different reasons. This photoshoot with Madison was so relaxed and she was such a natural at posing! Madison asked me to do this portrait session particularly because she needed a few head shots for her audition for the Broadway musical, Hamilton! Good luck Madison! We went out for Eric and Danae’s engagement shoot on a windy Sunday at the park where they first started dating, and where I am so excited to photograph their wedding this summer! You can tell they have so much love for one another and are good friends as well as an adorable couple! I have known Eric for years and his sisters were a big part of my wedding, so I was so stoked when they asked me to be their wedding photographer! As I’ve mentioned in the sneak peek posts on Instagram and Facebook, the Carlisles are such a sweet couple (and obviously so in love)! They met and started dating in high school and have been together ever since! Their wedding date was really important to them since it was actually their 6 year anniversary together as well! It was cold and the weather was certainly not in our favor that day, but it all turned out beautifully, nonetheless! I’m so happy that I got to document the special day they’ll remember for the rest of their lives!
