Portrait sessions have a totally different vibe from the high energy of a photographing a wedding, and I really enjoy both types of photography for different reasons. This photoshoot with Madison was so relaxed and she was such a natural at posing! Madison asked me to do this portrait session particularly because she needed a few head shots for her audition for the Broadway musical, Hamilton! Good luck Madison! Here are a few of my favorites from our shoot!
We went out for Eric and Danae’s engagement shoot on a windy Sunday at the park where they first started dating, and where I am so excited to photograph their wedding this summer! You can tell they have so much love for one another and are good friends as well as an adorable couple! I have known Eric for years and his sisters were a big part of my wedding, so I was so stoked when they asked me to be their wedding photographer! Here are my favorites from Eric and Danae’s engagement session!
My friend Katie recently had a sweet little baby girl that I got to take pictures of! I’m not sure when a baby is officially not a newborn anymore, but I think only being 2 1/2 weeks old still qualifies as a newborn (which was how old Eden was for this photo shoot).
Her cutie pie older brother also made an appearance to hold her and was beaming the entire time! Her mom (who could easily fool me into thinking that being a mom is a piece of cake) was also splendid – you can tell there’s a lot of love in this family! My only regret is not having captured a shot of the whole family since dad was there too! Anyway, here are some of my favorites from our shoot!
